Vikatimees Oü is as if from another planet in its very nature: When a client calls/emails us, an assistant manages the incoming requests. The assistant and the project manager are always available (no sitting on a tree or cutting down trees). The project manager contacts the client, the content of the work and the cost of the work are agreed during the site survey. The team leader gets information on where to go and which techniques to use at the client's site. To give you a good example, there are three forklifts in daily use, and one more is always in reserve. This means that even if one of the forklifts breaks down, the job gets done! Our administration and equipment are worth the higher price if you want to go for a safe outing.
